Meet Blake & Abby
Meet Blake & Abby. They were soon-to-be-married first-time homebuyers with a vision. Talking through their hopes and dreams with one another it was agreed that they wanted space to entertain, a home with a cozy spot, and room to grow a family. Each home we walked through taught them more of what they did and didn't want. The day they walked into the home they would buy, they just knew. It was love 💙 at first sight.

What made you decide to move into a new home?
My husband and I were engaged at the time and looking
for our first home.
What were your must-haves for your new home?
We needed to have some space to build a family! Blake also wanted a cozy part
of the home to spend evenings relaxing.
We also wanted to be able to entertain, so a manageable kitchen and open floor plan.
Was there anything frustrating during the selling/buying process? If so, how was it handled?
From what I can remember, the only frustrating part was the emotional toll that house hunting could include. Getting excited about homes and watching them get taken off the market, or just the stress of waiting once the house was under contract. Shelley was incredibly attentive to our wants/needs and was always accessible when we had questions and concerns.
What made you decide on
“THE ONE?”
It had everything on our needs list, as well as a TON on our wish list!
We could not have been more excited.
What is your best advice for anyone buying or selling?
Something that I loved that Shelley had us do as a couple was compile a list of needs, wants and wishes. It made the buying process so much more black and white in a highly emotional time. It helped us keep our priorities straight and recognize when we found the ONE.
What do you say to someone who tells you they
are thinking of buying or selling a home?
